WW - Rolex Oyster Perpetual "Thunderbird" Datejust, ref 1625, circa 1961, 36mm x 44mm to lug tips, 20mm lug width, original stainless steel screw back Oyster case with bi-directional gold timing bezel, two-tone Rolex Jubilee bracelet, original silvered dial which has aged to a soft champagne with applied gold indices, date aperture inset at 3, 26J cal 1560, s#714926, triple signed, inside back ref 1625.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, fine cosmetic mvt condition overall, light oxide to steelwork; fine dial with even surface spotting; fine-plus hands; polished case shows light wear, dings on the backs of the lugs from being worn on a bracelet, light pitting in between the lugs; Rolex crown shows little wear, good threads; good plastic crystal; resealed for auction.
